Mr Foo & Bear

A little Story for you
A long time ago, 2 children, Peter and Elizabeth, were given a bear each by their Godmother. Elizabeth called hers Mr Foo, played with him for a week and then went back to playing with her dolls.
Peter called his Bear " because boys don't give bears silly names!" Although he wouldn't admit it Peter loved Bear to bits. He carried him everywhere and over the years Bear had to have his eyes replaced and his left ear where Peter used to hold him . His mother also had to patch his head and eye up and do the best she could with him.
Many years passed and in 2001 Peters' granddaughter sold me his much loved Bear together with Mr Foo and I hoped that they would remain with me for ever. But, due to unforeseen circumstances I now sadly have to put them up for sale
The End
Of course that was just a story!!! The truth is I have finished these bears today and have fallen for them both but my business is making and selling bears so here goes......
Mr Foo
Mr Foo , just under 4" tall and made from a gold
upholstery velvet that is over 100 years old. He is fully jointed (Which means
his head, legs and arms all turn around). He has little legs and long arms. His
small body is loosely filled with steel shot and he sits lovely in the palm of
your hand. He has an embroidered waxed nose and ultra suede paws that like his
face I have aged to give him a vintage look.
He is for sale at £59
Sorry now SOLD and going to live with BEAR

Bear is also just under 4" tall and has all the same features as Mr Foo above but has been aged much more. He has lots of bear patches, his nose looks more tattered and his one eye is positioned over a darn. he also has black stitching on his forehead. His tummy is saggier than Mr Foo
Sorry Bear has found a lovely new home
