Joey

Joey  is just about 3 1/2" inches (9cm) tall He is made from a sparse old gold mohair with ultra suede paws and is loosely filled with steel shot in his tummy for a heavy, saggy feel and the rest of him is filled with kapok which was used in early teddy bears.

Joey has an embroidered waxed nose and I have aged him considerably to give him an antique feel. he has black glass eyes and is fully cotterpin jointed (which incidentally is quite unusual in such small bears as they are usually thread jointed)
