Martin and Bert Bywood

Another little one made from my all time favourite fabric. Bert Bywood is approximately 3 1/2" tall and made from a gorgeous gold upholstery material that is over a hundred years old and only a small piece remains. he has black glass eyes and an embroidered, waxed nose and is fully cotterpin jointed.I have plucked, waxed, hand painted and added extra black stitching to Bert to give him a well loved look. Martin is just 3" tall and fully cotterpin jointed. He is a little Fat Head made from grey mohair and filled with kapok and steel shot. He has large blue glass eyes and a sparse embroidered nose and tiny mouth. He has short legs and long arms and I have plucked, shaded and waxed him and added black stitching to give him a well loved look.
