We have a Paypal Shopping Cart which is secure, accepts your credit card and is a free service. Or if you are in the  UK  and would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, please email me first to reserve the bear until the cheque has  been received and cleared.
Each bear is sent at cost price  by next day special delivery on receipt of payment  which from 2nd April 2013 is £6.95 to anywhere in  the UK.

Occasionally if you order in the afternoon and I am not in I might have to send it the following day but I always try my best to get it to you as soon as payment is received.
If ordering from overseas we use Airsure and International signed for  Overseas Customers please email me first for postage costs. I insure international post  for £50 unless the customer wants extra insurance  ( at a cost of £2.60)

 If you would like to reserve a bear for up to 5 weeks a £10 deposit secures- just email me first

I do make custom bears and dogs but please be aware that they do take a lot more time so prices start from £85

If you are not happy with your bear, email me on receipt and return it within 7 days and I will refund the price less postage. I want everyone to be happy with their purchase
