Each bear is sent by next day special delivery on receipt of payment at a cost of £5.90 to anywhere in Great Britain. Occasionally if you order in the afternoon and I am not in I might have to send it the following day but I always try my best to get it to you as soon as payment is received.
If ordering from overseas we use Airsure and International signed for  Overseas Customers please email me first for postage costs

 If you would like to reserve a bear for up to 5 weeks a £10 deposit secures- just email me first

Mohair will be sent by 1st Class post  to UK destination

If you are not happy with your bear, email me on receipt and return it within 7 days and I will refund the price less postage. I want everyone to be happy with their purchase
