Soldier Bear Edwin Aston

This little Soldier Bear is named after Private Edwin Aston who died during WW1 aged just 19.

Edwin is made from red mohair that I have plucked, shaded, waxed and added faux stitches to. He has brown glass eyes and a stitched, waxed nose and is fully jointed. He  is stuffed with Kapok, a natural product from the Kapok tree and his body is filled with steel shot for w nice weight.

Edwin is 3 & 1/2 inces tall and has a WW1 ribbon badge attached to him with a rusty old safety pin and a bronze effect charm with the word "Hope" engraved.

If you would like to reserve Edwin for up to 5 weeks with a £10 deposit please email me at
