If you would like to reserve a bear for up to 5 weeks you can do so with a £10  deposit. (non returnable).

 Payment Options

We offer three forms of payment options on our website. 

1. Paypal (Credit/Debit Cards) - You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this payment method. Paypal is by far the largest and the safest online payment provider and you can be assured that I will never see any debit/credit card details.
2. Bank Transfer (UK Banks only)
3. Cheque (UK Banks only) - If you are in the United Kingdom you have the option to pay using a cheque. You will need to email me at littlescruffs@yahoo.co.uk and bear will be sent once the cheque has cleared.

Shipping Details.

Here at Little Scruffs we supply our bears all over the world using these shipping methods.
     If you live near the centre of Cheltenham I am happy to deliver, so email me  and I will send a Paypal invoice without postage.                                                   

 As from 7th October 2024   prices are as follows:
 

1. Royal Mail Special Delivery (United Kingdom only) which costs  £9.35 This is fully trackable and insured and will arrive with you the following working day before 1pm after the day of shipping. You will be required to sign for your delivery and if you are not available the postman will leave a card with further options for collection/redelivery.
2. If you would prefer to  have it sent by Tracked 24  at a cost of £4.99 with notifications for the recipient  (This includes proof of delivery, photo on delivery and compensation)
3. International Tracked .Up to 250gms. This is fully tracked with online confirmation of delivery . Compensation up to £50 included  
4. EUROPE   Zone 1  (Including Germany) £10.95 Zone 2(including Belgium) £11.25 Zone 3( Including Ukraine) £12.05   Compensation up to £50 included 
5.    World  Zone 1 £15.25    World Zone 2 £16.70   World Zone3 (USA)£17.20.  Compensation up to £50 included 
6.   (Extra compensation  available up to £250 for an extra £2.50) 
7. IMPORTANT EUROPE. Please be aware that since leaving the EU many items being sent from UK to Europe  are being charged custom duty 

Returns

If you are not happy with your bear, email me on receipt and return it within 7 days and I will refund the price less postage. I like all of my customers to be happy with their orders.
