WW1 Black Cat replica NEW
As well as Soldier Bears that were made during WW1 there were also mohair black or white cats made.Not as many as the Soldier Bears so they are even more rare a find.I haven't seen any in the fur but this is my version.
So this black cat is made of mohair and he has clear glass eyes and a red nose and whiskers. He is fully cotter pin jointed and stuffed with Kapok. He has tiny steel discs in his body for added weight. He wears a red, white and blue sash with a copper coloured "Hope" charm attached to it by a rusty old safety pin.
